Hayley Sayrs brings a decade of experience addressing public health challenges through evidence-based policy, with a background spanning startups, nonprofits, and social impact organizations. She specializes in public-private partnerships and scalable solutions across economic development, gender equity, mental health access, food security, and sustainability.

A USC MPH graduate, Hayley has led multi-stakeholder projects and community engagement programs throughout Los Angeles County, most recently contributing to a Wellness Center on Skid Row and the launch of the Colin Farrell Foundation. She has built her social impact portfolio in LA for 8+ years, with roots in Texas, Arizona, and the East Coast. Hayley is currently working to expand the Social Startups program for emerging social entrepreneurs in LA and beyond.
