Hayley Sayrs has over 9 years of experience in addressing complex public health challenges through evidence-based policy solutions. Today, Hayley is the founder of Sayrs Consulting, where she specializes in development and capacity building for social impact organizations and small businesses, leveraging public-private partnerships to solve complex problems.

With a Masters in Public Health Policy from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, her track record also includes successfully leading multi-stakeholder projects and community engagement programs with Los Angeles County.

As lead consultant with the Chief Executive Office’s Women and Girls Initiative from 2022-2024, Hayley currently leads public relations, content development, and communications across all platforms. In addition to her entrepreneurial pursuits, Hayley is an avid gardener and certified yoga instructor with a background in boots-on-the-ground programming for low-income and disenfranchised communities. Balancing local networks with a vision for national and global impact, she is passionate about community activation and utilizing participatory action frameworks to cultivate inclusion and diversity.

Furthermore, Hayley is dedicated to working with teams that foster innovation, empowering individuals to embrace risk-taking and 'fail forward' as they explore new ventures both as intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs.

Most recently, she has been actively encouraging women to recognize their value and seize opportunities in the gig economy as entrepreneurs, emphasizing self-reliance and making our own waves over older models of dependency on grants or quotas.
